You can make your bankruptcy payments online by transferring funds from your bank account to the Chapter 13 Trustee. The fee for this service is $1.00 per transaction.

If a Bankruptcy Payment is returned due to non-sufficient funds, you will no longer have access to E-Pay to make your bankruptcy payments.

NOTE: If you have a NEW case and have already used epay for a prior case, Contact Us with your old and new case numbers to have them combined in your existing epay account. DO NOT make a payment on your old case if you have a new case!
